I'm from Kotonoha, and I can say with 90% confidence that anything we were doing is now fair game. Nomad_Soul is making claims of starting up again, but I'll believe it when I see it. In any case, if anyone wants to do one of our (former) projects, then please do so. If we take it up again, it's our own damn fault for being asleep at the wheel.
