It's "Backbeard", not Blackbeard.

Originally, Backbeard was the nickname used by a notorious critic of lolicons, who's name was derived from a monster in European mythology (the giant eyeball thingy).

Not surpisingly, they made a meme out of it, as well as a -tan mascot, Beako, who is supposedly Backbeard's daughter, and frequently voices the tagline "You Damn Lolicon!"

Anyway, would like to bump to see if anyone's interested in translating these.
