Guys, think you can make a proper equivalent of this ingame sfx? I'm not too sure what to give it.

>> No.1982

Hmmm... "DOGYA~N"?

Maybe a really big explosion? Say, "Ka-BOOM!"

It really would help with some context.

Okay, here's the scoop.

It's Kakyoin's Oshioki no Jikan.

Stand enters the body, and does the dirty work in there.

Once the move ends, that SFX plays, and in the case of this shot, it pwns the enemy.

I guess that "DOGYAAN" is kind of "DOGYUUN".

DOGYUUN is Blast sound of Battleship Cannon and big shoot.
DOGYAN is not DOGYUN,but Two are alike.
and ,japanese use "DOGYAAN" in sense of "GAAAAN"
"DOGYAAN" is "DOGYUUN" and "GAAAAN"(sound of shock) ...? :)

Which means I did this pretty much wrong?

This is what I was suggested to make, but I can still change it as I still got the PSDs.

Following >>2005 that the sfx is a mix of explosion and shock, it should be something like "KABLAAAM" or something. Can anyone concur or shed light more?

I think there is no equivalent, 'cause it's special.
DOGYAAAN, or DOGGGYAAAN is the sound effect used in JOJO(by Araki Hirohiko),
and it's special because nobody but him use this expression.
DOGYAAN is sound, but actually not the sound of explosion or crush.
If you have read JOJO, maybe you have realized that
DOGYAAAN was also used in scene in which nothing is exploding or crushing.
When Araki was asked in interview, he had answerd that
it's the sound of electric guiter. (think about western movies)
Maybe in Araki's mind, JOJO is playing like a movie.

GO GO GO ... is also his special explession.
I don't know what GOGOGO means or express, sorry :)
