* For those not familiar with it (not that you'll probably get much of this comic if you aren't), Nijiura is Futaba Channel's biggest and most active board, and the home of most of their meme characters, like Medoi-san.
* Hellowork is a Japanese work agency. It seems to be a bit of a running joke amount the NEETs on Futaba.
* I really don't have much a clue about what's going on on page 4. I tried translating it as best as I could, but I might have gotten something wrong, since I lacked context. I do remember reading about Medoi-san talking to her cat, but I forget the details.

* Page 5 has Medoi-san, Modoi-san, Kudoi-san and Hidoi-san, in that order. "Modoi" is slang for being annoyed at someone, mostly for being slow. "Kudoi" means "verbose". "Hidoi" means "awful" or "horrible".
* Page 6 has Chikoi ("tiny"), page 7 Shippai ("mistake" or "blunder").
* Page 10 has Spiderman, who for some reason is also a Futaba meme, and a catgirl version of Chloë from Noir (yet another meme).
* Shimonkin was spawned from some random guy's horribly bad drawing on a lemon with a face, which was suppoed to be labelled "Lemonman" but people decided to read the artists bad handwriting as "Shimonkin" instead.

Maybe he's making fun of her talking with the cat on page 4? Then they momentarily break the fourth wall admitting the joke is a groaner?

Medoi-san is so... cute isn't quite the right word, or moe, or cool, but dammit, I'm feeling *something* good here!

I realized somewhat late that the title ("Medoi-san no hon") might be a reference to Kaoru Mori's first doujinshi, "Meido-san no hon".

I guess I also forgot to explain the ukon/unko joke, but I guess that sort of fits the original where the word "unko" was partly obscured.
