Shirley Madison is running in "Comic Beam Fellows!". I haven't checked, but I doubt it's published monthly. This one was only volume 2. I am guessing it's more likely a quarterly or so publication. Anyone know for sure?

Right.
Comic Beam Fellows is an extra number. They released both Vol.1 and Vol.2 on the same day(October 25), which is quite unusual for a magazine.
And there seems to have no statement on their website as to when the next issue will be out yet.
