And some R. Random Otaku emails me this breathless command:
Subject: Delete fansubbed anime videos right now, and I mean it
YouTube, right now, is becoming a center of focus for internet anti-piracy concerns The more people put copyrighted material in a focused place, the faster they will work to take it down. The main reasons people want to take YouTube down is cause full episodes of anime are appearing and Japanese companies are going after YouTube, next they might ask the fansubber to stop subtitling and distributing their copyrighted work.
In short - you can only hurt fansubber and yourself by posting anime to YouTube. I know you people want to watch vidoes and so do i , but try not to upload the same anime as somebody else is. Then it would proable save youtube and help everyone that use it! what it is thE point of upload the same videos as everyone esle does?
This is a real fact!!!
Well, whispers, there is no disputing 'real facts'!!!
