You might be serious, but you really should consider your audience first. Jumping into a forum and requesting "please translate this title" is considered extremely bad form. If perhaps you could convince people that it's worthwhile, then you have a chance.
Furthermore, interest in Kusomiso Technique probably stems almost purely from /b/; not exactly what I'd call endearing. In short, you're really asking the wrong people here, and you're off to a bad start in your manner.

Nijiura culture is a very different thing. It's a creation of original characterisations and scenarios. All Kusomiso has evolved into as repetitive image-gags.

My point was that iitran's "mission statement" is to translate whatever the hell they like that they can't bear to leave alone. They're not in it for the glory, and they're certainly not doing it "for" anyone else, just to fulfil their own desires.
Anyway, as Waha said, the rest is just gay porn. As there's no indication that such material fits their criteria (ie. they really like it), there's no reason for them to translate it. There's no desire.
I'm not saying you can't convince them, but you've got an uphill battle. It's got no moe, and no maids. Classification: Damn nigh impossible.
